Project Designer
Grace rejoins BNA as a Project Designer after earning her Master of Architecture from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island in May 2025. She first began interning with the firm in May of 2021, following her second year of undergraduate studies at James Madison University (JMU), where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in Architectural Design and a Minor in Sociology in 2023.
During her time at BNA, Grace has contributed as an emerging designer and as an intern on a variety of projects, including several structures at Windrush Farm and numerous residences across the North Shore. She also collaborated with Ben Nutter on the design and preservation of his family’s 19th-century barn—a meaningful project that combined heritage with hands-on restoration.
Outside the studio, Grace enjoys hiking and spending time at the beach.
“BNA has given me so many opportunities to grow as a designer and learn what it means to collaborate as a team. It’s inspiring to see the strong connections BNA builds with clients and the shared joy that comes through in each design.”
