Our Process

How we collaborate with you – from concept to completion!

We begin by getting to know you and your project goals and complete the following:

Measure and draw the existing conditions.

Gather site-specific details and community guidelines (e.g., zoning, historic, and conservation restrictions).

Guide you through next steps based on these findings.

We use contemporary two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization tools to bring ideas to life and refine them collaboratively.

Hold regular design reviews to quickly and thoughtfully respond to feedback.

Consult with allied professionals (e.g., structural engineers, wetland scientists) as needed.

Develop construction drawings to communicate the design clearly to trusted Builders.

Coordinate with local boards for Permitting & Approvals, including Zoning Boards, Conservation Commissions, and Historic Districts – with ease from our experience and respectability.

We stay engaged during construction, acting as your advocate and collaborator.

Coordinate closely with the selected builder and project team.

Collaborate with:
• Builders and General Contractors
• Landscape Designers
• Interior Designers
• Structural & Civil Engineers

• Other specialists as needed

We ensure your home is beautifully constructed, clean, ready to live in and loved!
