This Period sensitive project involved both renovations & additions to an early 20th century home. The Owner wished to improve the first floor entry, coat room & laundry spaces and to expand the existing breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen. At the second floor, a small room was enlarged to accommodate a home office. The home office and first floor breakfast nook enjoy distant views across the Owner's land and neighboring conservation properties.
